Our Lebanese Seasoning Blend is expertly blended with our homemade 7 Spice with hints of mint and lemony undertones for an authentic Middle Eastern flavour. It lends itself to almost everything and is really great to season Lebanese meatballs in a tomato sauce, falafels, hummus or rubbed in aubergines, chicken or fish. It is warm, sweet and exotic.

Ingredients; Allspice, Pepper, Cinnamon, Cloves, Nutmeg, Fenugreek, Ginger, Oyster & Shiitake Mushroom, Mint, Marjoram, Sumac, Lemon Zest.
