We are Sami & John and we live in Bakewell in the heart of The Peak District National Park. We both had very different jobs working as a Staff Nurse and an Environmental Engineer, but our love of gardening, cooking and using organic & sustainable produce led us down a different path.

And now a few years later we have an established Mushroom Farm based on the Haddon Estate next to the River Wye. On our farm we grow gourmet mushrooms using sustainable methods, local straw from The Estate and spent beer grains from Peak Ales on the neighbouring Chatsworth Estate. Our mushrooms are freshly picked every morning, we dry, smoke and grind them to make our delicious range of small batch salts and seasonings.
